Success!
I AM GOD. After weeks of failure, tear-inducing trial and error and borderline psychosis, I have finally wrestled my new business website into submission and rewritten the code for my portfolio galleries.
The developer who put the extension together in the first place insisted it couldn't be done. I refused to back down, went into mad scientist mode and will now proceed to spit in his face. IT'S WORKING. Bwahahahaha!!! Never have I been so proud of my coding skills! Where can I buy one of those giant foam hands so I can spend the rest of the week patting myself on the back?
The Creative Mind
It's why we're a little crazy...

X-Rays of the Gimpy Hand
Just because: what my gimpy right hand looks like compared to a normal right hand. In addition to obvious hypoplasia, the rest of fingers don't flatten, metacarpals don't close and even the wrist is a clusterfrack of crunched up bones. I've always wondered what life would be like with opposability and closeability on two whole hands but alas...a sensation I can't imagine at all.

One Ring...
Thanks to this year's medieval fair, all of the fantasy stuff sent me into super geek mode and I now own a beautiful custom ring inscribed with my own personal thoughts about the power of imagination, written in a mixture of Draconic, Viking Runes and Futhark. Hail the mighty ring of creative inspiration!

New Ink
I got my new tattoo today. It went a little something like this: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!" followed by "Ooh, yay! Thank you so much!"

Kryptonite
3 Doors Down's "Kryptonite" always makes me want to dance like this.

Fashionista
Dad just told me that it's nice to see me sporting my "mismatched fashion sense." I don't know what he's talking about. Red definitely goes with turquoise, white and neon orange. And rainbow goes with EVERYTHING.
